The advantage you need for planning and facilities in a complex built environment.
TriVantage has two divisions:
OptiMAS – working to Optimise your Maintenance, Assets and associated Systems, within facilities and building management.
Planning – working with you at all stages of your planning process, whether residential, commercial or heritage.
The built environment provides the setting for our daily lives and influences our health, well-being and interactions – whether at work, rest or play. It encompasses all human-made surroundings that provide the setting for human activity – especially homes, offices, shops, factories and public buildings.
Growing economic uncertainties and competitive pressures necessitate a smarter approach, one that leverages the best of what’s possible today, yet continuously improves and adapts in response to the challenges of tomorrow.
With the experience of the TriVantage team, we can support you every step of your building services journey.
As a family business we have a focus beyond profits, take a long-term view and operate with efficient decision-making and communication practices. Values of trust, flexibility and loyalty impact what we do and also how we relate to our clients and others we interact with. As such, the ethos we bring to our clients is one of openness, honesty and ease of approach. We have a down-to earth approach, enabling us to dig into business processes, asking the relevant questions.
TriVantage was formed in 2018, by Tim Snaith, with a focus on building and property maintenance, capital investment programmes and energy management and reporting. Subsequent projects have included strategic business development, continuous improvement, strategic change and operational management within multi-site estate portfolios.
In 2021, Victoria Allan joined TriVantage to provide planning consultancy services to meet client needs. Since then, the planning division has grown, delivering a broad range of projects to a diverse cross-section of clients.
In 2025, we became a true family business when Steff Snaith joined the team – Victoria is our daughter! Steff brings more than 30 years experience in system design and implementation, as well as financial skills.
It is this collaboration of facilities management, planning services and systems experience, that does make TriVantage unique, with a strong foundation only family can bring. Why does it matter to you that we’re a family business? Simply because research shows that FOBs (family-owned businesses) have the structures and best-practices required to withstand business challenges in uncertain times.
